Banned from Redstate?

Anybody know what the heck this is?

601 Database redigestation error.
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/redstate_wordpress/webroot/wp-content/mu-plugins/bannage.php:28) in /var/www/redstate_wordpress/webroot/wp-content/mu-plugins/bannage.php on line 29

Every time I attempt to log into Redstate.com now, from any computer, I get this. I note the little bannage thing at the end and wonder have I been kicked out? I've been having a spirited debate there about the fact that the GOP does not consider blacks important to its aspirations for governance and it conducts its political business accordingly.

Now I can't log on anymore. Hmmmmmm.

Update:
If you're reading this post, chances are you've been banned from Redstate too. Tell us in the comments, what was your independent thinking crime that got you booted?

Yep. Happened to me also. I pointed out a few inconsistencies in the logic of a few RedState articles, and within an hour got the 601 code. What else would you expect from the right than quick suppression of other viewpoints and insulated protection of their own hallucinating base?

same here. I was critical and now I'm "601 Database redigestation error"
Heh, I found this post by googling that error. I had the audacity to claim that Equal Protection meant that gays had to be Protected Equally. Activist reading, obviously.

All I did was criticize the tea bag party turnout. I guess it doesn't take much!
I suggested that because the LA terrorist attack was foiled in 2002, it didn't seem logical that Khalid Sheik Mohammed's waterboarding in 2003 could have stopped it.

OMG! THEY DID THE SAME THING TO ME! It's unbelievable how conservatives can't take ANY criticism!

HAHAHAHAHA I thought that might be the case. One comment and bang I'm kicked out. Woe to the ideology that can not handle debate. Well, most of the posts I read were totally against the 'big tent' idea so, I guess they are at least consistent. Cowards.

I pointed out that considering that Jeff Sessions prosecuted Martin Luther King's aides for voter registration fraud in the 60s because they were registering black voters, it may not be the best thing for Republicans to have him the top dog in the very important judiciary committee.

Funny thing is, they didn't kick me off until I posted a link verifying my claims.

The interesting question about being banned at Redstate is whether or not they are merely symptomatic of the civil war between centrist/moderate conservatives and right wing conservatives going on in the GOP and the conservative movement writ large. Take the poll and we can do some mini analysis of our own.

SAME THING JUST HAPPENED TO ME!! I have posted a few neutral comments before and everything has been fine. But today, I posted a comment calling out a diarist for essentially making something up out of whole cloth (to wit--that Obama "thinks all Christian women are dogs."). Within 5 minutes, I got the "redigestation error" message. I googled the message and here I am.

what a bunch of frakkin cowards.
Well, I read that particular piece. While it runs the piece out to the extreme, at bottom, they were making a valid point. I actually heard that show this past weekend and I winced when Axelrod made that comment. I thought it was in very poor taste and Obama deserves some flack for it. The comment was completely unnecessary and gives some indication of the mindset of the President and his advisers. The comment is little different than Perze Hilton calling Prejean a dumb b**tch. Axelrod represented the President very poorly in this instance.
I mentioned that rightwing extremist terrorist report today in a thread about the rightwing extremist assassination of an abortion doctor. The horror!

I simply mentioned that abortion was legal but murder was not and I was 601'd

Well, I got smacked pretty quick as well, why? because someone was saying we had nothing to fear about a christian sharia, and I responded back that I have issues with that after certain events in high school. and that I'm ok with people who leave me alone, but that if people get to aggressive with their religion then I'm glad I have the second amendment to protect my rights to the first amendment
It took 24 hours for me to get banned from RedState. It's all documented here, but the basic gist is that I replied to a comment on a post, questioning the basis of someone's assertion. Not obnoxious, no name calling or anything, but clearly coming from a non-RedState-compliant perspective. I went back later to read a follow up to the original post and checked to see if there were any replies to my comment. There was a reply and I was going to come back later and respond to that. But when I came back...

It is a hilarious attempt by the goofballs at RS to keep it all in the family. Just got banned for bringing an informed viewpoint. What a bunch of isolated idiots.

Sorry, even though I am among the banned I cannot consider then isolated idiots. The truth is that they are very well informed. I offended them on a religious issue knowing full well that RCs are not very good about being reminded about the effects of some problems with the Roman clergy. I understand their emotional position. Actually, it is the left that scares me.

Let's say you have two states,

one with a budget of $200 billion and a deficit of $4 billion

and one with a budget of $8 billions and a deficit of $2 billion.

The post was claiming that the second state would be considered more fiscally responsible since it's deficit was smaller. I pointed out that the first state would only have a deficit of 2% while the other would have one of 25% and thus, it was actually the opposite.

Since that disproved the entire point of the post, I got banned.

If you google RedState, then log in, you will find that you have not been banned, in most cases.

Don't know what's going on...

Hey, I have the exact same error, so I guess I got banned? I asked them what they thought of the Pew poll showing 6% of scientists were Republican
Google brought me here. I got banned for responding to this cartoon: http://www.tobydials.com/td/files/toons/2009/colo...

With:

"Does it matter that none of the phrases attributed to any depicted in the cartoon, with the exception of Dr. King, were ever actually said by those depicted in the cartoon?"

Ditto. I told them that destroying the democratic process is a form of terrorism. banned. oh well, I seriously doubt they even understood what I said. Because the comment moderator changed my post to sound like anyone who was a republican was a terrorist. which is not what I said, but hey they lie to themselves why wouldn't they lie to everyone else right?

I simply pointed out that there was no such thing as a "pro-rationing" or an "anti-rationing" party. Then, when asked, I said I favored a single-payer health care system. That was too much for those who let their ideology do all their thinking for them. It's hard not to feel really, really superior to anyone who is that pathetic.

It is even easier to feel truly superior to anyone who believes that a country which can't manage to keep either social security or medicare in the black will be able to effectively manage a single payer health system. Since they don't really work anywhere else, why should we expect them to work here.
I posted a comment entitled, "Jesus was probably a pedophile." I do stuff like this to grab attention to the posting. I'm sort of a cyber shock jock. Upon opening the post, I made it extremely clear that it (title) was a lie. I voiced my respect for Jesus. The point I was trying to make was that people should not be able to say "anything" by cloaking it under the heading of humor. I don't think anyone even understood that the point of the comment was totally opposite of what they must have imagined. Their knee-jerk reaction to ban me, kept them from really reading the post. They just didn't take the time to understand it. And, I was not given the courtesy of stating my case before being banned. So, I'm really disappointed in Redstate.
